Seachem Flourish Potassium 250ml Liquid Potassium 50000 mg/l
Fluorish Potassium contains 50,000 mg/l of potassium in a plant-available form in the aquarium. This element is one of several that are important for ensuring intensive plant growth. In a plant-intensive tank, potassium deficiencies may occur. Another reason may be a low element content in the water. In both cases, potassium is a growth-limiting factor.
Fluorish Potassium prevents potassium deficiency (manifested by yellowing leaves) and accelerates plant growth. The most readily available sources of this element are potassium nitrate and potassium phosphate. Unfortunately, however, both of these substances introduce nitrogen and phosphorus into the system, which disturbs the N:P:K ratio (nitrogen: phosphorus: potassium). To prevent this, Fluorish Potassium is derived from sulphate.
Directions for use:
one capful (5 ml) for every 125 l of aquarium volume
this dose increases the potassium level by 2 mg/l
2 - 3 times a week or as needed
Symptoms of potassium deficiency in plants are manifested by chlorosis (yellowing) and necrosis of leaves, weakening of shoots and root system
Composition:
Soluble potassium (K2O) 5.8%.
Source of potassium sulphate
Potassium in its free form is present at a concentration of 50 000 ppm (5%). Regulations require it to be reported in the form of a compound that is not present in the formulation (K2O) instead of the more readable form (K).
