1. Product Information

  • All items are brand new.
  • All prices listed on the website include VAT.
  • Each product comes with a manufacturer's warranty.


2. Payment

After placing your order, you can choose from two available payment methods:

  • Online payment via credit or debit card, secured through the Stripe platform.
  • Payment via PayPal.

Please note that payment must be completed within 5 days of placing the order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled.


3. Shipping

  • Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Some items have a specific shipping time of 5-7 business days. The dispatch of these products may take up to 7 working days.
  • If your order includes products with different shipping times, the entire order will be dispatched based on the longest shipping time.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service.
  • All orders are shipped via An Post or DPD courier. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.


4. Returns

  • Customers may return any product purchased on the website within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
  • The product must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all components originally provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Prior to returning a product, customers must complete the Return Form, which can be found here
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Warranty Repairs

  • The product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection, with shipping costs covered by the customer.

    • If the defect is deemed valid, the product will first undergo an attempt at repair.
    • If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a new one.
    • If neither repair nor replacement is possible, the full cost of the order will be refunded to the customer.
    • In all of the above cases, the shipping cost paid by the customer to return the product will also be refunded (please provide proof of payment via email).

  • However, if the warranty claim is denied (e.g., the product is found to be damaged due to misuse or is fully functional), the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to them and will not receive reimbursement for the original return shipping costs.
