1. Product Information

All items are brand new.

All prices listed on the website include VAT.

Each product comes with a manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and are shown at checkout.

While we strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. In case of such discrepancies, customers will be informed before their order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if an incorrect price has been displayed on the website due to a technical error, manual mistake, or any other pricing issue. In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
2. Payment

After placing your order, you can choose from two available payment methods:

Online payment via credit or debit card, secured through the Stripe platform.

Payment via PayPal.

All transactions are processed securely using encrypted connections and meet PCI compliance standards.

We do not store your payment details on our servers.

Payment must be completed within 5 days of placing the order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

A PDF invoice will be available once the order status is marked as Complete. The invoice can be accessed by logging into your account and navigating to the Order History section.
3. Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some items have a specific shipping time of 5–7 business days. The dispatch of these products may take up to 7 working days.

If your order includes products with different shipping times, the entire order will be dispatched based on the longest shipping time.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service.

All orders are shipped via An Post or DPD courier. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland. Shipping to other EU countries may be arranged upon request, subject to prior agreement and confirmation of shipping costs.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
4. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers have the right to return any product purchased on the website within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, the product must:

Be unused and in resalable condition.

Be undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all originally provided components and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Before returning any item, customers must complete and submit the Return Form, available here

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The return address and instructions will be provided after the return form has been submitted and accepted.
5. Warranty Repairs

All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty may vary depending on the product.

To request a warranty repair, the product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us.

If the defect is confirmed:

We will first attempt to repair the product.
-
If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a new one.
-
If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a full refund will be issued.

In all of the above cases, the return shipping cost paid by the customer will also be refunded (upon presentation of proof of payment).

If the warranty claim is rejected (e.g. the product is found to be fully functional or damaged due to misuse), the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to them and will not be reimbursed for the original return shipping costs.

Warranty claims are typically reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receiving the product.

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
