1. Products information
- All items are brand new
- Every price on the website contains VAT
- Every products comes with manufacturer warranty
2. Payment
- After placing order you can pay in 2 available method depending on your choice
- pay online with credit/debit card. Payment will be secure by Stripe platform
- pay using PayPal - Payment need to be made up to 5 days after placing an order. After 5 days your order will be canceled.
3. Shipping
- Normally package are shipped up to 48 hours after making payment for your order, unless there is different information on product page
- Some product has specific 5-7 days shipping time. Dispatching of these products might take up to 7 working days
- If your order including items with different shipping time, dispatching of that order will always be based on the longest time.
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier company
- All orders are shipped with DPD courier. After dispatching you will get an email with tracking number for your order
4. Returns
- Customer can return every products which bought on the website up to 14 days with no reason
- Product cant be damaged. Need to be in original box and have all parts which comes originally in the box
- Customer pay for shipping if he decide to return product
- Before return product you have to fill out Return form which you can find here
- We will claim refund up to 7 days after receiving package from buyer
- We don't refund shipping cost
